We process orders as quickly as possible. Processing times are typically 1–3 business days, while estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are based on the destination and package size. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Wish Factory, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized products, clearance items, gift cards, and final sale merchandise, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
